Shipping Policies and Delivery Times
National shipments will be delivered by post within approximately 5 to 7 working days from the time it has been prepared. For orders from the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, the average delivery time will be between 10 and 15 days. To calculate the delivery time to your home, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must be excluded. It must be taken into account that the deadlines may be altered by local or national holidays, as well as by the Black Friday or Christmas period and/or for reasons beyond our control.
If you want to buy from any other country, let us know through our email. We will give you the estimated delivery times for your region.
Please note that there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.
The seller undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address that the consumer indicates on the order form. The products will be sent, accompanied by the delivery note and the purchase invoice. Shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
