Return and Withdrawal Policies.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. You may use the withdrawal form below. To comply with the withdrawal period, it will be sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, and once we have received the items, we will refund the amount paid within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You must return or deliver the items directly to us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The costs of the return will be borne by the consumer.
You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract whose object is the supply of custom-made or personalized items. Refunds will not be made if the item has been used beyond mere opening and testing, for items that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or that have suffered any damage.
In cases where you consider that the purchased product does not meet your needs, provided that it is not a product personalized for the customer, you may exercise the right of withdrawal that you are legally and contractually entitled to.
