The prices of the items shown on the website are final, are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT.

Return and Withdrawal Policies.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. You may use the withdrawal form below. To comply with the withdrawal period, it will be sufficient for the communication regarding your exercise of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, and once we have received the items, we will refund the amount paid within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You must return or deliver the items directly to us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The costs of the return will be borne by the consumer.
You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract whose object is the supply of custom-made or personalized items. Refunds will not be made if the item has been used beyond the mere opening and testing of the same, of items that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage.
In cases where you consider that the purchased product does not fit your needs, provided that it is not a personalized product for the client, you may exercise the right of withdrawal that you have legally and contractually.

Shipping Policies and Delivery Times
National shipments will be delivered by post within approximately 5 to 7 working days from when it has been prepared. For orders from the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, the average delivery time will be between 10 and 15 days. To calculate the delivery time to your home, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must be excluded. Please note that delivery times may be affected by local or national holidays, as well as by the Black Friday or Christmas period and/or by causes beyond our control.
If you wish to purchase from any other country, please let us know via email. We will give you the estimated delivery times for your region.
Please note that there are circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.
The seller undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The products will be sent, accompanied by the delivery note and the purchase invoice. Shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
