5. Return and Withdrawal Policies.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. You may use the model withdrawal form below. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it shall be sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, and upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the amount paid within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract . We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise. You must return or deliver the goods directly to us within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The cost of the return shall be borne by the consumer.

You shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract for the supply of custom-made or personalized goods. No refund will be made if the item has been used beyond the mere opening and testing of the same, of items that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage.

In cases where you consider that the purchased product does not meet your needs, provided that it is not a customized product for the customer, you may exercise your legal and contractual right of withdrawal.

6. Shipping Policies and Delivery Times

Domestic shipments will be delivered by postal mail within approximately 5 to 7 working days after it has been prepared. For orders from the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands the average delivery time will be between 10 and 15 days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must be excluded in order to compute the delivery time at your address. Please note that deadlines may be altered by local or national holidays, as well as by the Black Friday or Christmas period and/or for reasons beyond our control.

If you want to buy from any other country please let us know through our email. We will give you the estimated delivery times for your region.

Please note that there are circumstances arising from product customization, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.

The seller commits to deliver the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The products will be shipped, accompanied by the delivery note and the purchase invoice. Shipping costs shall be borne by the consumer.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
