6. Shipping Policies and Delivery Times
Domestic shipments will be
delivered by postal mail within a period of time,
approximately 5 to 7 working days after it has been prepared. For
orders from the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands the average delivery time will be between
10 and 15 days. In order to calculate the delivery time to your home,
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays must be excluded. It should be taken into account that the deadlines
may be altered by local or national holidays, as well as by the
Black Friday or Christmas period and/or for reasons beyond our control.
If you want to buy from any other country
please let us know through our e-mail. We will give you
estimated delivery times for your region.
Please note that there are
circumstances arising from the customization of the products, or
unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances that may affect the date of
delivery.
The seller commits to send
the products in perfect condition to the address indicated by the consumer in the
order form. The products will be shipped, accompanied by the delivery note of
delivery and the purchase invoice. Shipping costs will be covered by the
consumer.
If for any reason
we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you on this
circumstance and we will give you the option to go ahead with the purchase
by setting a new delivery date or canceling the order with the
full refund of the price paid.
